CARBON BLACK N339 by CAT BLACK is a hard particle, reinforcing, furnace carbon black grade. It is recommended for rubber industry.



Compared to N330,N339 has higher structure,smaller particles.The N339 compound has better abrasion and crack resistance than those of high abrasion furnace black–high structure (old technology) such as N347.



 



Application:N339 is used in the tread compounds of passenger tire and truck tire,coating compounds of conveyor belt,hose and industrial compounds with high abrasion properties.



 



Carbon black N339 is black bead or granular or grain and amorphous solid, it is odorless with burning point more than 400°C, it is used in the tread compounds of passenger tire truck tire, coating compounds of conveyor belt and hose.



 





 



Usage:The tread compound filled with N339 has similar re-inforcement,abrasion and crack resistance properties as those of N220 compounds, and has good extrusion property,very suitable for butyl benzene rubber/ butyl rubber compound.The N339 compound has the highest rolling resistance among all the compounds with N330 series.

Application


 



Mainly used in rubber, paint, ink, nickel metal hydride battery anode and other industries.



Carbon Black N220 is suitable for each kind of rubber, the resistance to wear is higher than N330 10%-20%, it makes colloidal particle rubber high longitudinal strength and the anti- peel strength, and has the certain electrical conductivity. N220 Can give a good rubber tensile properties, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, and dispersivity is good.



It has mainly been used in the carrying tyre, tread rubber, and rubber product with high strength needed, radial tire,bias tire and high wear-resisting.



Carbon Black N330 can reinforce the strong performance and endow with colloidal particle better strongly extending performance, anti- rends performance, higher resistance to wear and elasticity. N330 has good abrasion resistance and medium hysteresis.



 





 



It is mainly used in the tread rubber, the curtain cloth rubber, radial tire,bias tire,sidewall rubber and other high quality rubber products.



Carbon Black N550 is suitable for the natural rubber and each kind of synthetic rubber. It is easy to disperse and can endow with high endurance capacity, pressing out with high speed, the shape of meat us inflates slightly, pressing out smooth surface. has high temperature performance and heat conduction performance reinforce strong performance, elasticity and and easy to be recovered. N550, It is soft carbon black varieties has the best reinforcing performance, excellent extruding performance, low resilient rate.



It is mainly used in the tire cord rubber, sidewall tyre, radial tire,bias tire,the tire tube and rolling product.



Carbon Black N660, compared with N550, its reinforcing is lower, but the structure is lower, higher inflation, mouth filling quantity is bigger.

Carbon Black N339 can be used in tire tread, tire casings, tire beads, hard tires, molded products, and conveyor belts which requires high abrasion resistance and good dynamic properties such as treadwear & hysteresis.
