Single Layer Double Chamber Laminator

 

This is an automatic Single Layer Double Chamber Laminator, It is a normal type for solar module production, capacity of each set will be from 50-100MW per year.

Main Structures: Loading + Hot Laminating Section 1+ Hot Laminating Section 2 + Unloading. Two sets Vacuum Pumps (Chinese pump or Germany pump can be chosen by customer), Two sets Heating Stations (if electrical heating type, no need heating station)

 

 

 

Can be standard 2600*5800mm, 2700*7800mm, 2700*8700mm, other size can be custom-made.

8.Apply PVC conveyor belt to transmit, frequency converter controls gear motor drive, encoder positioning, stable transmission and accurate positioning
9.The conveying mechanism adopts chain and sprocket drive, gear motor drive, frequency converter and encoder control and photoelectric switch positioning. The adherent EVA and PVB on main conveyor belt to be cleaned up by roller brush.
10.Pirani vacuum gauge and digital display vacuum gauge measure vacuum. Air charging speed in upper chamber is adjustable.
11.Integrated with three control modes of fully-automatic, semi-automatic and manually. It can be actualized fully-automatic loading, laminating and unloading as well as manually loading, laminating and unloading.
12.Ground Bearing weight: ≥1.2 Tons per square meters.
